Conflict mine procurement policy

The mining of rare metals such as gold (AU), tantalum (TA), tin (SN) and tungsten (W) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its surrounding countries and regions has caused serious human rights and environmental problems. The sales of these minerals may provide financial support for the continued armed conflict in these countries and lead to long-term instability in the region, so they are called "conflict minerals" 。 Jianli company attaches great importance to conflict minerals and does not purchase or use conflict minerals < p > Nutrilite does not use "conflict minerals" from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its surrounding countries and regions. Nutrilite also requires suppliers to extend this requirement to lower level suppliers, And trace the sources of gold (AU), tantalum (TA), tin (SN) and tungsten (W) contained in the product. Jianli will require the supplier to fill in the conflict minerals questionnaire according to the customer's demand. If the supplier finds that the product contains conflict minerals, it shall take the initiative to notify KENIC.
